Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Honey, Sweet, Nutty
This family run farm has been handed down for generations since its establishment in 1949. This collection of farms now employs over 80 villagers in the high altitude community on the slopes of the Santa Ana Volcano. During harvest of these amazing coffees, over 210 people from surrounding towns come to assist in the coffee harvest where the beans are then processes by 10 female leads; who oversee manual separation of imperfect or poorly formed coffee beans. This results in an amazingly clean and balanced dark chocolate and sweet coffee. Enjoy!
