Springtime is in the air, and the Spring Fling is the perfect compliment.
Maybe it's just us, but when the weather starts to warm up and the days start getting longer, it puts us in the mood for some fruit forward coffees.
Natural process coffees typically have extremely juicy and winey tasting notes, while washed process coffees will typically result in a more clean and crisp flavor profile. We love both natural and washed process African coffees for these different reasons, but we've been wanting to create a blend that perfectly represents both of these qualities equally in one cup.
What we came up with is the perfect blend of both Natural and Washed African coffees that's full of fruit punch juicy flavors up front, with a lingering clean crisp apricot acidity on the finish.
While this coffee was intended as a filter coffee, it is absolutely amazing on espresso as well.
