Here at the coffee ride we feel that both coffee and bikes have the magical ability to heal and bring people together. We see the unlimited use potential that bikes have in our community and we want others to as well. Heck, we started a coffee roasting business based off of the delivering our products to our local community using one.
We chose to partner with Trips for Kids National because working to give all kids, especially those most in need, the ability to experience all the joys of riding and owning a bicycle. Trips for Kids is the nation’s largest, oldest and most diverse youth development bicycling organization. They have enriched the lives of over 230,000 young people across North America. Their program, which includes Discovery Trail Rides, Adventure Clubs, Earn-a-Bike Workshops and ReCyclery Bike Thrift Shops; are helping to combat the physical inactivity crisis, promote equitable access to safe places to play and exercise, provide opportunities for physical activity in and out of school, and build self-esteem, personal skills and learn environmental stewardship, thus mentoring youth to achieve better life outcomes.
